M&E Surveyors x 5
An opportunity has arisen with one of the railways leading consultancies as an M&E Surveyor. Within your role as M&E Surveyor you will travel throughout the South of England conducting visual surveys of railway properties.
Rate and Location
A rate in the region of £20-£23 per hour is on offer.
Role Description
Within this role you will be required to travel across the south of England assessing railway buildings. The role of M&E Surveyor will involve the surveying of lighting, HVAC and plant rooms etc. Once you have completed the surveying you will report your findings, highlighting any faults or potential faults that you find as well as recommended changes and how long the changes would take to implement.
Required Experience
Previous experience as a M&E survey is required. GCSE pass in English Language,
C&G / NVQ Level 3 in any relevant electrical engineering trade, BTEC/HNC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, valid PTS, IT Literate with word processing and drawing application, full UK driving licence and own transport
