Customer Service Advisor required on a temporary basis for approx 3 months possibly longer. £8.00 per hour based in Swindon town centre. Main Function: Answering calls and providing illustrations on a wide range of products. Present a quality, professional and knowledgeable service that promotes the companies and products we represent. Main Accountabilities: - Providing a supportive and efficient service to Independant Financial Adviser's and the Sales Force. - Managing customer expectations to reflect appropriate delivery times and ensure we are exceeding expectations. - Maintaining expert product knowledge across the full company product offering. Skills: - Good time management and organisational skills. - Good telephone manner. - Good Keyboard skills. Adaptable and flexible in approach. - Quality driven. Quickly grasps new ideas and concepts. - Expresses ideas and information clearly and effectively in writing or verbally. Communicates effectively at all levels both internally and externally. If you are able to work 35hrs per week Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 6pm on a shift rota basis then please apply!
